I grew up on the South East Coast of Australia and moved to London in 2014 to explore this side of the world and connect with other creatives. If I'm not at a gig you'll find me either holed up at home working on a painting, attempting a new song on the guitar, at the gym, listening to a podcast about ancient history or a fantasy audiobook, bush walking or off exploring new places.

Achievements
Global Upgrades Patterns (MySky app):
Initiated a reusable design framework for upgrades and partnered with a dev squad to deliver reusable components and product details page template, rolling out in TV first and increasing conversion by 14.8% (Sports) and 46% (Cinema) for existing Sky Q customers.
Sky VIP Hub Redesign (MySky app):
Led end-to-end research, concepting, and prototyping for the new VIP experience. Phase 1 release achieved a +590 account churn benefit.
Digital Re-contracting (sky.com):
Led the end-to-end redesign and delivery of re-build onto a new stack for TV and Broadband digital re-contracting. Phase 1 release of the journey achieved a 10% increase in conversion. Entry-point optimisation increased conversion by 51%.
Pricing Timeline View Feature (sky.com):
Initiated the introduction of a Timeline View feature in Digital Re-contracting to reduce price shock and increase trust. Defined an algorithmic method for contextual copy to explain price changes. The Timeline View feature has been incorporated into the global shared basket for sky.com.
Deal Card Redesign (sky.com):
Partnered with a Visual Designer from Sky Creative. Led UXR, UX strategy and configurable approach of the component, driving a 20% uplift in conversion.
Value Stream Library (Figma):
Built a shared component library for the Cross-Product Sales design team that supplements the official design system, reducing prototyping time and UXR report creation time.
